Create initial plans with clients measurements or blueprints.
Home visit-to discuss project, inspect location and restrictions.
Professional measuring of space provided for and additional fee of $250 non credible towards cabinet purchase.
Work from plans or measurements.
Design initial concepts/plans/renderings.
~ Up to 3 revisions.
Final presentation at studio.
~ includes all updated revisions with drawings, renderings, detailed floor plans, and elevations.
Total costs provided.

$2000-Plans released to Client

Choose countertops, tile, fixtures, and lighting.
Create initial plans with clients measurements or blueprints.
Home visit-to discuss project, inspect location and restrictions-multiple if needed.
Professional measuring of space .
Work from plans or measurements.
Design initial concepts/plans/renderings.
~ Up to 5 revisions.
Final presentation at studio.
~ includes all updated revisions with drawings, renderings, detailed floor plans, and elevations.
Total costs provided.
Review all measurements, materials, products for errors, time frame scheduling.
Work with all clients, contractors, builders, and designers involved in the project. To create a seamless, and on scheduled approach to a final project completion stage.
Comprehensive total cost package and contract for project.
Release all plans, renderings, floor plans, and elevations to client.
